We are looking for an HR Generalist with advance experience with payroll, editing time sheets, benefits, safety, employee relations and workers compensation.

As an HR Generalist and Ambassador on our team, you will play the most critical role by fulfilling our company's purpose and promise to our business customers. Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday; 7am-4pm

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00/hour DOE

Responsibilities include:

• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be proactive and think outside the box
• Very strong communication and team oriented
• Full cycle recruitment, onboarding and new hire training
• Support team with safety administration, trainings and reporting
• Assist in the payroll administration and employee relations

Requirements of the role include:

• Bilingual English and Spanish is Required
• 3 years of HR experience, must have experience with Benefits, Payroll and/or Safety
• Distribution, or Manufacturing industry highly preferred!
• MUST have proficiency with MS Excel (Pivot Tables)
